Dr Chung Cheol-hyun is a specialist in thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, with extensive experience in the treatment of coronary and aortic diseases and heart defects in children and adults.
He studied at Seoul National University, where he received his MD, and trained at leading medical institutions including Boston Children’s Hospital and UCSF.
Dr Cheung uses state-of-the-art minimally invasive techniques and operates using the Da Vinci robotic system. He specialises in complex surgeries including heart transplants and heart failure treatment. He actively works to develop innovative technologies and provides a comprehensive approach to patient care.
