Oncologist and a specialist in targeted therapy, as well as immunotherapy. He graduated from the University of Vienna. Worked as a consultant in the Oncology Department at the Medical Faculty of the Vienna Medical University, as well as at the AKH Hospital in Vienna. Later there he was an expert in brain tumors. Included in the group of studies of stomach cancer and immunotherapy at the University of Vienna. He is the author of numerous and cited scientific articles. He conducted research abroad, at the Sloan-Kettering Memorial Center for Cancer and the University of Southwest Louisiana in the United States, as well as at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg. He is the recipient of numerous awards for practical and scientific work, including for innovative cancer research.
