He originally worked in Germany and in 1994 began to practice in the Czech Republic. Pioneer of minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopy and robotic surgery. Passed several attestations on surgery, and is also a certified specialist in vascular surgery. Jaroslav Tvarujek is the first practitioner of surgery with the Da Vinci Robot in the Czech Republic and has an experience of 10 years in the field of robotic surgery.

During this time, he performed more than 3000 operations using the Da Vinci Robot. The team led by the famous surgeon conducts the largest number of automated operations in the Czech Republic. In 2009, the doctor received an official certificate of an expert in this field. Also Jaroslav Tvarujek is officially recommended by the American company IntuitiveSurgical – the manufacturer of the Robot da Vinci.
