About the doctor
Professor Fevzi Şentürk is a renowned ophthalmic surgeon and a specialist in cell therapy. He sees patients at Medipol Mega Clinic in Istanbul.
The doctor received his medical degree from Ankara National University and continued his specialisation in ophthalmology at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. Afterwards, he was promoted to Associate Professor at the Istanbul Retina Institute and now holds a professorship at Istanbul Medipol University.
Dr Şentürk is a member of the Turkish Association of Ophthalmology (TOD) and for a period of time he was one of the board members of the Electrodiagnostic Division of this organisation.
Professor Şentürk’s significant contribution to the development of medicine is evidenced by his numerous awards, for example, from the 43rd National Congress of TOD and from the Turkish Oncology Group (TOG).
