Prof. Kim Young-hoon

Leading specialist in the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system. He received the Young Researcher Award of the American Heart Society and the American Heart Association, during a training at the Cedars-Sinai Arrhythmia Research Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) (USA).

Having extensive experience in conducting surgical procedures, patients with various conditions, the number of which exceeds 3600 cases. In his professional practice there was not a single death. In addition, about 140 scientific theses were presented in the International Scientific Citation Index (SCI) written by the doctor. In 2011, he developed method for treating intractable atrial fibrillation, which consists of injecting alcohol into a blood vessel, after an MRI scan of the damaged area of the heart.
