Dr. Karen Drumea

Senior doctor and a highly qualified oncologist and radiologist. She is in charge of the Day care Center of the Rambam Clinic. Graduated from the Medical Faculty of the University of Medicine Iasi in Romania. Achieved her license in Israel and passed the American certification ECFMG. She worked at the Department of Radiation Oncology of the Medical Center of Mount Sinai in New York.

Later she received the title of assistant professor of medicine at the University of Brown in Rhode Island. In the clinic, Rambam she has been working on the post of senior oncologist and specialist in radiation therapy for more than 15 years. During her scientific and clinical work she was awarded with the NIH award, the Travel Award from the American Society of Hematology and the Young Investigator’s Award in Basic Science from the Rhode Island Hospital.
