• Kaunas Medical Institute (1984);
• Neurology practice at Kaunas clinic (1984 – 1985);
• Specialised in physical medicine and rehabilitation (2001).

Work experience:

• Abromiskes Rehabilitation Hospital, neurologist, FMR doctor;
• Head of the Department of Neurology (1999-2003;
• Member of the Board of the Lithuanian Parkinson’s Disease Society and member of the Council of Medical Advisors of the European Parkinson’s Disease Association;
• 1988 – Delegate of the Congress of Doctors of the USSR;
• 2007 – Lithuanian Letter of Appreciation from the SAM.

Specialisation: neurological rehabilitation.
