About the doctor
Professor, leading specialist in orthopedics and traumatology at the Meliva clinic. He graduated from the Kaunas Medical Institute. He conducted research at the Research Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Latvian Research Institute of Orthopedics (later – St. Jacob’s Hospital). He worked in Vilnius ambulance hospital (VGPUL), since 2004 he was head of the department of orthopedics and traumatology VGPUL. Since 2003 he works as an orthopedic traumatologist at the private hospital of Meliva. He has completed advanced training in Germany, Austria and the USA.

- Lithuanian Society of Orthopedic Traumatology (Vice-President);
- European Federation of Orthopedic Traumatology;
- Lithuanian Society of Pediatrics;
- Scientific Council of the Institute of Experimental and Clinical Medicine, Vilnius University.
