A leading specialist in organ transplantation and one of Turkey’s most renowned transplant surgeons. Under his supervision, the clinic performs around 40 kidney transplants every month. He performs cross-transplant procedures – he took part in a unique operation involving a cross-transplant of kidneys from 7 donors to 7 patients. He heads the internal organ transplantation department at Medicana Çamlıca. A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at Hacettepe University (1992). He completed his postgraduate training at the Faculty of Medicine, Akdeniz University, in the internal medicine residency programme (1998).
