Professor and co-founder of the Orthopaedic Centre Munich Ost. Certified orthopaedic surgeon, a trauma surgeon and sports physician in Germany. He is credited with over 5000 surgeries of varying complexity.
He completed his medical studies at Technische Universität München. He trained as an intern and practised in leading medical institutions in the US and Germany. He was a senior consultant at the University Hospital in Rostock, where he specialised in shoulder and knee surgery. He teaches at the University in Rostock.
Active in the leading German societies for arthroscopy, shoulder and elbow surgery, orthopaedics and traumatology and ultrasound.
