About the doctor
Head of the Lung Cancer Unit at the Meir Clinic. She graduated from Padua University (Italy), and also upgraded her qualifications at the Institute of Oncology (France). She works at Tel Aviv University as an instructor in the Faculty of Medicine. Since 1993 she has been involved in research projects for the development of lung oncology techniques.
Gottfried Maya is eligible for membership in The International Organization for the Study of Lung Cancer and the Association of Oncologists of Israel and the European Association for Cancer Research.
