Andriy Kharkov graduated from the National Bohomolets Medical University and also studied in Turkey, Sweden, the Russian Federation, England and Italy. He holds a PhD in medicine and is an author of more than two dozen patented technologies in plastic surgery.
Dr Kharkov founded the Ukrainian Academy of Plastic Surgery. He specialises in oral and maxillofacial surgery, general surgery, oncology and dental surgery.
