Professor Kang Song Gu treats endocrine diseases at Soonchunhyang University Hospital. In 2008 he received the presidential prize, and in 2010 – the state award for achievements in the field of endocrinology. He made a huge contribution to the development and study of endocrinology and metabolism in South Korea.
