About the doctor
In 1987, Dr. Eric Frono graduated with a degree in experimental and clinical pharmacology from the University of Pierre and Marie Curie. At the same university, he received a doctorate in medicine, as well as specialization in nuclear medicine. He worked in hospitals of Paris. From 1989 to 1992, he was a graduate student in the Department of Medical Genetics at the University of Iowa, USA. In 1998, he established the Ajaccio Center for Nuclear Medicine, which he managed until 2005. Then dr. Eric Frono began working at the Generale-Beaulieu Institute of Nuclear Medicine as Head of the Department of Nuclear Medicine in Cardiology, and then Head of the Center for Nuclear Medicine. Since 2007, Dr. Eric Frono is a member of SONGe (Network of Senology and Oncology of Geneva) and participates in multidisciplinary symposia on oncology.
