The centre has a team of experienced coordinators who speak English, Chinese, Russian and Arabic. All kinds of cultural programmes, concierge services and VIP rooms for special guests are available for patients and visitors to ensure the most comfortable service.

Patients can stay in a choice of one-, two- or three-bedded rooms. There are also special VIP and VVIP rooms with a higher level of comfort. All people under treatment remain under a 24-hour medical surveillance system that monitors their physiological parameters – blood pressure, level of aspiration, etc. In an emergency, there is not even a need to use the nurse call button – the system will identify the crisis and alert the nearest medical team, which will arrive to help within seconds.

The Medical Centre has a separate diagnostic centre, a laboratory diagnostics department and a pathology department providing health screening and accurate diagnostics services using advanced medical equipment. High-speed PET-CT equipment provides results twice as fast as standard devices.
