The medical procedures at the Cellthera Clinic are carried out in a unique laboratory. It uses Dr Jaroslav Michalek's proprietary method of obtaining stem cells from adipose and connective tissue, which is more effective than standard methods.
The technology used at the Cellthera Clinic is based on using the full potential of the stromal vascular fraction (SVF), which specialists isolate from adipose and connective tissue. Normally, doctors only use the stem cells that are in the SVF. The hospital is located in the south of Bohemia, in the city of Brno, the capital of the historic Moravia region. Brno is the second largest city in the Czech Republic and the Moravia region is the birthplace of Czech wine-making. The distance from Prague to Brno is about 200 km, which can be covered by using the transfer service for just 1.5-2 hours.
